Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
  • Returned within 28 days of purchase.
  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
  • Packaged securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Please note: Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us may not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected.
  • Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds can take up to 10 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

At this time, we are unable to process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or product, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange either a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
